After 40 years of passion, show and riots,
during the last decade the law got very tough on football supporters,
introducing prohibitions, cameras, more and more expensive tickets, etc…

The law triumphed, pay-TV became the new owners of the football leagues
and the stadiums became again safe and peaceful.

All this process had a very bad impact on the stands,
with more and more people who prefer stay at home
watching football on the sofa rather than meeting friends on the stadium.
